Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation


If you notify us of your intention to cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation request is received after the order has already been processed but before it is delivered to you, you will have to return it to us at your own expense.

It is strongly recommended that you retain proof of return in the unlikely event that a package does not reach our warehouse as expected. If a package is lost in transit, a refund will only be authorized if the return shipment can be verified by means of a carrier receipt and/or tracking number showing a valid return address to our facility.

Returning a shipment with a way to track the package is highly recommended. Upon receipt of the returned order and if in the original condition it was sent to you, we will refund the cost of the order except for the postage cost.

 

Refund


We will issue refunds only on defective or damaged items. To request a refund, kindly make a complaint through our "contact us" form within 10 days of receiving the products alongside a photo showing the damage or defect.

After this period, we will not issue refunds or offer exchanges. When the request is received, we will respond as to the procedure to be followed in order to ensure a successful refund process.
